Can I get my portrait faster than the standard turnaround?
If you have a specific date you need your order by please contact me beforehand and I can let you know my availability, express rates and if it’s possible. Express is currently is only available for digital orders.
How do I upload my photo?
Once you make your purchase and receive your order confirmation via email just reply with your selected photo to the confirmation email. Double check your junk folder if you do not see this email soon. If you do not see this email after 15 minutes then please contact us at sales@petportraitsmuskoka.com with your order number and photo choice and you’ll be good to go.
Can you help me choose a photo?
I would be happy to! You can send me a few to pick from and I’ll let you know what would work best or you can send your Instagram (don’t forget to follow ours! @petportraitsmuskoka) for us to look at and pick a good one that you can then send us the full resolution version to our email after.
Will I get to see a proof of the artwork?
Absolutely! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Once I have your pet portrait ready you will receive a digital proof via email for your review before we proceed to print or deliver the full scale version to your email if you purchased a digital copy. Your portrait is based completely on the provided photo so any change of mind or change of photo incurs a redesign cost.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Absolutely! I am happy to offer a double pet portrait option which you can find in our shop. If you have a custom request of more contact me at info@petportraitsmuskoka.com and we can set something custom up. Alternatively you can purchase our single pet portrait listing for each of your furbabies to have separate portraits to display together.
What if my pets are not in the same photo?
That’s okay. I will work with you to pick the ideal photos of your fur friends to combine for the best portrait.
Do you do human portraits?
At this time no.
Do you draw other animals?
Sure do! Contact info@petportraitsmuskoka.com to see if your request is a custom order (larger animals) or qualifies as a standard pet portrait.
Do you provide frames?
Framing is not included as an option for our prints but our pet portrait print sizes are compatible with most retailer frames.
